Warm up with Michael Phelps, weed pickers and broga stretches. 8 pain stations while 1 Pax pulls tire 50 yards down and back while other Pax did merkins, squats, newtons cradle, curls for the girls, rosalettas, SSH, and dips. Do exercise until Pax returns with tire and then rotate station. Able to get in 3 rounds and finished off with 1 minute of Mary.
