Are you ready to take the first step?

With F3, the first step is climbing out of your fart sack and getting out of bed. It’s just showing up to post in the gloom. That, my brother, is a HUGE first step.

There are a few ways to get started. You can check out our workout locations and just show up to one. It’s that easy. F3 is open to ALL men and all fitness levels so we are always happy to see a new face. But if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us through our Contact Us page. You can also use the same method to let us know to expect you.

WHAT WE DO​

F3 helps to reinvigorate the male community. F3 Indian Valley serves Telford, Souderton, Harleysville and Montgomeryville, PA and the surrounding areas.

Fitness

Open to all men of any fitness level, workouts are peer-led and designed to be challenging for all, while not leaving anyone behind

Fellowship

Bonds of genuine friendship formed in the pre-dawn gloom and strengthened through social gatherings, races, and endurance challenges

Faith

Not a religious organization, but we believe we are not the center of the universe and challenge each other to live for something bigger than ourselves​
