The BackBlast:
7 PAX posted for the inaugural launch of “The Arrowhead” AO; a running AO that meets at the Harleysville Community Pool parking lot at 0530 on Friday mornings. The Chieftain flag was posted at the beginning of the workout and the new Arrowhead flag was posted out of sight.
All PAX, of all running paces, then proceeded on an out-and-back course. Quicker runners circled back to the 6; and truly no man was left behind or where we found them!
At the end of the workout The Arrowhead flag was brought from its original place of post; and unveiled to the rest of the PAX.
