It was awesome to welcome back Average to The Arrowhead! He is currently training for a marathon in the fall so hopefully we will be seeing alot more of him in the gloom!

YHC got in nine rounds of hill repeats (verified by reviewing elevation profile on Strava), 500 ft of elevation gain and 5 miles!
