Great morning with the sun shining early.

Little warmup that included:

neck rolls, Michael Phelps, shoulder taps, arm circles, circle arms, inch worms and some motivators.. I totally screwed up the count on those. ?

We then took a long lap mosey to get the heart rate up.

Workout:

3 Rounds with 8 Stations
( 50 sec work 10 rest)

Each round ends with a mosey

Jump rope

Gobblet squats

Merkins

Situps

Weighted bulgarian split squats

Dips

Step ups

Burpees

Everyone did an amazing job!!!
