Warm up with Michael Phelps, overhead claps, hillbillies, merkins into cobra stretch.

Mosey around park loop with coupons and stop at pain stations. Stations included curl for our girls, LBC’s, overhead press, American hammers, skull crushers and lunges, all x10.

While moseying through the course the PAX also enjoyed the added benefit of being able to pull a tire.  The first PAX to leave the station pulled the tire to the next station. The PAX that left that station first when pulled the tire to the next station and so on. There was also a two-man log carry that worked the same way as the tires.
