Short mosey

1 PAX pulls tire down and back

1 PAX carries hickory log down and back.

PAX switch between tire and hickory.

Other PAX are doing merkins until both PAX complete pull and carry.

Rotate 2 more PAX to tire and log.

Other PAX do SSH.

Keep rotating through tire and log while other PAX did flutter kicks, curls for the girls, taint tappers,  Freddie Mercury’s, burpees, overhead press, tricep curls, box cutters, calf raises, bent rows.
