  • Partner 1 does Continuous – A until Partner 2 completes reps in Reps – B and then they switch. Repeat until the end of the song.
  • This set of 4 different rounds of exercises. Repeat exercises every four rounds. Sets will be repeated 3 times over 12 songs. (Made it thru 9 songs).

Post mortem:

  • We had time to complete exercises for 9 songs during the beatdown.
  • Realization: in 1994, they did not know when to end a song. Outros seem to go on endlessly.
