29 degrees in Mid April, Ugggh!! Nevertheless, 5 HIM gathered at The Chieftain for a workout led by Lowes. Still battling bicep tendonitis or something of that nature, so I led the guys in a higher mosey than normal beatdown with some pain stations sprinkled in. Foxhole was THRILLED!
