SSH, Arm Circles, Circle Arms, Dial-Up Stretch, Weed Pickers and a Short Mosey.

The Thang

In honor of YHC’s One Year Manniversary he decided to reboot the workout that Tuck led during his first post!  Last year Tuck thew it back to 2020 IPC Week 0.

PAX Completed 50 Squats, 40 Big-Boy Sit-Ups, 30 Merkins, 20 Bonnie Blairs, 10 Burpees and a roughly ¼ mile Mosey.  Rinse/Repeast a total of 3 times.  On the last round PAX did 40 Merkins instead to get out an even 100.

6Mom was handled on a rotational basis including: Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, American Hammers and an exercise that Foxhole called out that I can’t remember the name of.

COT:

YHC thanked Fonda for introducing him to the gloom, and for the transformation from sad clown to where I am today.  Reflected on the difference in fitness level (last year I thought I was going to splash merlot on the second round, and I short-changed the count on many of the exercises).
