7 PAX met at The Chieftain for a “DORA 1-2-3/3-2-1 AROD Reprisal” beatdown.

The end of YHC’s weekend was pretty packed with the Halloween and the like so I recycled much of the workout from my Q this Saturday at Warrior for the Chieftain, which worked out pretty well since I was the only PAX in attendance that had been at the Warrior on Saturday.  A few PAX even saw a shooting star while doing LBC’s.

The Disclaimer Was Given …

The Warmup:

Side Straddle Hops IC 20
Arm Circles IC 15
Circle Arms IC 15
Imperial Walkers IC 20
Weed Pickers IC 20
Small Mosey

PAX met at the flags and a traditional DORA 1-2-3 commenced.  Since we were an odd number of PAX I mirrored Iceman (completing the exercises and moseying along-side him).  In traditional DORA fashion the PAX did a combined 100 Merkins, the 200 LBC’s, and 300 Squats.

Once the DORA was completed; PAX grabbed coupons for the second part of the workout which I have deemed 3-2-1 AROD (the anagram of DORA 1-2-3), because as you might have guessed, the exercise counts were done in reverse.  And since famous Yankee A-Rod was well known for his arm strength; we focused on building up our arms.  The exercises were a combined 300 squats (with coupon), 200 Overhead Press, and 100 Curls.

PAX ran out of time at the completion of the curls; and we met by the flag.
