A few PAX and family members recently went to Hersey. It got me thinking of possibly the most impressive sporting achievement of all time, when Wilt Chamberlain scored 100 points in a single game.
This whole beatdown was based on the number 100.
While some of this beatdown was created myself, I leveraged some of the MANY, MANY Wilt Chamberlain themed beatdowns throughout F3 Nation.

 - Weed Pickers (20x)
 - Arm Circles / Circle Arms (15x each)
 - Quad Stretch (10 seconds each)
 
 - Mosey down to basketball courts

- Wilt Chamberlains DORA
- Pair up , at baseline of basketball court, First PAX runs the length of the court does 100 reps of exercise and runs back. PAX 2 does Side Straddle Squat (sometimes called Cheerleader). This continues until all exercises and PAX have completed each exercise.

- 100 Yards – 100 reps (cut short due to time)
- 10 – Squat Jacks (in cadence)

 - 10 – Shoulder Taps (in cadence)
