Conditions: It was a cloudy, damp, dark start with a little drizzle and a temperature of 51 degrees.

Four PAX posted for YHC’s guest Q at the Chieftain, with one PAX member being late to the circle.

Warm-a-Rama: All exercises, with the exception of the first one were performed for 15 reps IC.

1. Jog three laps around parking lot

5. Mountain Climbers

6. Squat Imperial Walkers

7. Merkins

8. Abe Pagodas

Mosey to basketball courts.

Thang: The workout was an 11’s workout where there are two selected exercises and you start with one rep of exercise A and 10 reps of exercise B. (1+10=11). Each round exercise A increases by one rep to 10 and exercise B decreases by one rep to one. The exercises are listed below.

BB Courts: A: Bobby Hurley to Burpee/B: Bear Crawl Merkin

Mosey to Playground.

Playground: A: Pull-ups/B: Wolverine Burpees (Stand to Merkin to Peter Parker on (L) to Merkin to Peter Parker on (R) to Merkin to jump up)

It was my duty to keep the PAX together. The 10 Wolverine Burpees were difficult and each PAX member pushed each other to complete these as a unified group.
