Conditions – 38 degrees, with a cool breeze so a feels like temp closer to 30.

Disclaimer was given, and the Pax started moving to try and stay warm with the harsh wind.

The Thang

YHC decided to throw it back to one of the perfect full body workouts that was done by all during IPC 2020. The week 0 workout consisted of 50 squats, 40 big boy situps, 30 merkins, 20 Bonnie Blairs, and 10 Burpees, followed by a 1/4 mile mosey. Since there was no time component, counting was handled in a rotational basis. We got through this cycle a total of FOUR times (minus the last mosey).
