March 27th is national polar bear day, so of course we did a lot of bear crawls.

1 Pax throw the bike around the park while the rest of the group bear crawled. Once the biker caught up to the bear crawlers the group stopped and did 25 merkins. Another Pax rode the bike around the park until they caught up with the group that was bear crawling and did 25 squats.

Each PAX took a turn riding the bike around the park while the other group bear crawled and once they caught up we did 25 reps of different exercises.

Finished up with some Mary.
