YHC somehow has made it through the first 38 years of my life without watching the Christmas classic, White Christmas.
Thanks to the inspiration from Hops, our family watched it together this past weekend and really enjoyed it, especially the great music. Thought it appropriate to incorporate some elements into todays pre-Winter Storm workout!

Thang Part 1:
Mosey to Pull up bars. PAX start in plank position in a row. Continue to hold plank while taking turns completing 10 pull ups. 3 rounds for a total of 30 pull ups. Shake it out. Rinse and Repeat except substitute Merkins instead of Pull-ups.

Mosey to pavilion for some fun in the S.N.O.W.

COT – Do you have a personal mission statement? YHC has been working on one at the recommendation of my mentor at work and have found it a valuable exercise. A good reminder of how I want to live my life and what makes me “me”.
