It is the beginning of Christmas week and the continuation of the week of Woody (Woodstock!). Its was 20 degrees at post time and luckily no mind. We did a lot of moseying and a lot of burpees and merkins. Santa overtook Woody’s body to lead the beat down.

Warm-up

Long Mosey around full park ending at near Football Goalpost.

Run Run RUDOLPH – Start with exercise, then run goal post to goal post; finish in plank until 6 is in.
