The BackBlast:

YHC had planned to do something on the baseball fields (including me sporting my Braves ball cap) but after the washout overnight, the fields just a little squishy so had to call for plan B…time to bring out the F3 Workout Deck for the first time at The Chieftain!

Warm-a-rama:

Weedpickers x 15 IC

Low Slow Squats x 20 IC

SSH x 25 IC

The Thang:

After a short warmup, we headed over to the pavilion to get right down to business! With 6 PAX, we went around the circle taking turns pulling a card and then doing the exercise and rep count as indicated by the card. After two times around the circle, mosey around the smaller trail in front of the pavilion.

We only got through half of the deck (and only two moseys) because it seemed as if we kept hitting alot of the “harder” cards and/or cards that took longer to knock out!

Some notable happenings:

Seemed like we hit every single possible variation of Merkins in quick succession and with very little core or leg work in between.

100 Flutters (counting each left leg only) was alot of flutters

100 SSH is alot of SSH

The PAX thoroughly enjoyed the 400M Sprint card followed immediately by the 300M Sprint card

Great thoughts shared regarding how fortunate we are and to live each day to the fullest. Prayers for a brother who’s mourning the loss of a family member.
