The BackBlast:

5 very hard-core PAX braved 10 degree weather with sub-zero wind chill factor at The Warrior for a Pinto led “Only You Can Prevent Nutsicles” beatdown. Plenty of mosey with pain stations to keep PAX warm.

The Thang:

Prior to the beatdown YHC distributed 8 cones around the park with exercises written on them.  Exercises included: Merkins x20, Monkey Humpers x20, LBC x 30, Burpee x8, Alternating Shoulder Tap x 20, Ranger Merkin x 15, Big Boy Situp x 20, and Squats x50.

PAX moseyed between each cone along the trail, then did the exercise together (OYO) when we reached each cone.  Once all PAX were completed, the mosey continued to the next cone.

It was very cold, and I believe PAX appreciated keeping moving.

COT … the movie the Shack was recommended as being touching and a worthwhile watch.
