Warmup with 15 overhead claps, 15 seal claps, 15 weed pickers all IC. Finished with some child’s pose and cobra stretches.

Beat down consisted of short mosey with coupons and 1 each of curls, overhead press, skull crushers, hillbilly squats, inchworm merkin and Freddie Mercury’s IC.

Another short mosey with the coupon and 2 each of the above exercises.

Continue with another short mosey and keep adding one on to the above exercises.

We were able to get up to 9 each of the exercises.
