I had a different workout in mind for today and put out the request to have at least 8 PAX present for it (Woody is very curious since it involves basketballs) but alas, we came out 2 PAX short so it was in the cards to have an F3 Deck of Pain workout instead.

PAX took turns drawing a card and we did a short mosey after each round (every 6 cards).

Noteworthy was the nice progression of sprints that were drawn from the deck in sequential order (200 M, 300 M, 400 M). Also noteworthy was Woody’s later confirmation that the parking lot we used for the sprints was actually very close to 100M!!! Great information to know for the future!!!
