On this cold windy flurrying  December morning it was nice weather to run four laps around the path and do wall sits for 100 seconds then we sprinted 8 laps down the parking lot and did more wall sits for 50 seconds when we were done that we did workout stations were we had five park benches and did exercises at each of them the first round we did Michael Phelps, Grass Pickers, Diamond Merkins, Declined Merkins and Inclined Merkins. The second round we did Box Jumps, Regular Merkins, Sit ups, Windmills. We ended with doing what ever kind of push up you wanted to do.
