The BackBlast:
5 PAX met in the 12 degree Chieftain Valentine’s Day gloom for a Pinto led beatdown (a little late posting this BB). Love was in the air, that is, a love of pain! None of cupid’s arrow’s were shot during this beatdown, but I think a few expletives may have been lobbed instead.

The Thang:
Recently YHC was watching an F3 video of another AO doing an exercise called “Tunnel of Love”, and I thought, what better time to try it out in our AO than on Valentines day.
All PAX held plank, while the trailing PAX military crawled under the planking PAX, than posted in the final position, while the next trailing PAX began their crawl, rinse and repeat 4 times (each PAX crawling).
Since 11’s are a typical staple of a Pinto beatdown, I thought, why not 14’s in honor of 2/14. Unfortunately, the count doesn’t work out perfectly (not symmetrical, much to Strudel’s dismay), but we made it work just fine. Merkins at one end of the parking lot and Squats at the other end of the parking lot, with mosey in-between in descending/ascending format respectively for the first round. For the second set of 14’s; PAX did Forward Lunges (done on a 2 count ea. to add in some symmetry) at one end of the lot and Plank Jacks at the other in the same descending/ascending format.
PAX ended with a bit of by-committee Mary.
COT: We are always here for our brothers in the gloom, in support and solidarity!
