Workout:

Four stations set up in a box with multiple upper body exercises at each. PAX went from station to station doing one set of one exercise then moving on. Between each station however the PAX would step “out of the box” and complete set of ab exercises of their choice. All sets  were of 10 except the last round which was a set to failure at each station.
