The BackBlast:

5 PAX met in the Arrowhead gloom for a Pinto led between 4 and 5 mile run (depending on the PAX, circling back for the 6, etc.).

The run began in a similar manner to many that I had Q’d before; first crossing 113; around the retirement home, picking up the trail past YHC’s house.  This time however I had a special surprise in-store.  Instead of making the right after crossing Northfield; I had the PAX make a left and continue do the trail to the entrance for Dorchester Ln. (which is a pretty substantial hill).  PAX had such a wonderful time summiting; I suggested that we go back down to the bottom of the hill and repeat the challenge one more time.

PAX then picked back up the trail to Northfield; continued up the street making a left onto Westbourne, a right on Waverly (picking the trail back up by the football field), and subsequently back to park; across 113, and back to the lot.

This run featured a beautiful sunrise, some deer frolicking (what appeared to be a Doe and Fawn) on Waverly; and a stunning double-rainbow as we swung the corner.

COT: Prayers for all PAX with family members battling sickness, safe travels for those traveling, and well wishes for all those PAX (and their M’s) currently shifting careers.
