The BackBlast:

Mornings are getting darker, but we’re entering the best time of the year for runs. Cool mornings! Even with a few of our regulars unable to attend (Lowes and Pinto), we had a great turnout (7 PAX running between 5 and 5.5 miles) at the Arrowhead, including some new faces.

F3 Capone who just moved into the area and may be a “future regular” at the Arrowhead, and also FNG-MV3 who is the 2.0 of Duke (should have called him “Earl”?).

  • The PAX started out on the path throughout the Community Center, and out toward the West Branch Skippack Creek.
  • Staying on the path, we crossed over Alderfer Rd and ran behind the Car Wash on Main St.
  • We crossed Clemens Rd, then ran in front of, and around Hennings back toward Cutleaf Circle.
  • We ran through Farmview Park soccer fields, and picked up the trail again at Farmview Dr and took up to Moyer Rd. We make a right on Moyer, then a quick left on Oak Ridge Dr.
  • We picked up the trail again at the cul de sac, then ran into Alderfer Park.
  • We ran through Alderfer Park, then picked up the trail again at Oak Dr. and Broad St.
  • We followed the trail all the way back across Main Street and turned off the trail behind Sammy Bullfrog’s at Emily Drive.
  • We followed Emily Drive to Park Ave, and made a left.
  • We followed Park Ave all the way back to the flags.

PAX ran between 5-5.5 miles on this mosey.
